  • We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not covered.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control (courier delays, customs issues, etc.).
  • Please contact the courier directly for assistance with lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If the address is incorrect and not updated within 24 hours, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
